Manned Gulf border gas station becomes unmanned TinQ: ‘Customers buy cigarettes in Germany’
The manned Gulf petrol station in Millingen aan de Rijn in Gelderland, a few kilometres from the German border, will be turned into an unmanned TinQ at the end of June. According to Enviem, the shop is no longer profitable to operate. Indeed, visitors to the petrol station buy their smokes en masse in Germany.

TinQ continues to grow in Belgium. On Wednesday, the 23rd filling station of the unmanned formula in the country opened in Kortrijk. The expansion brings TinQ close to the milestone of 25 locations in Belgium. The company is aiming for a nationwide presence.
Avia Netherlands is expanding its services and is partnering with EnergyZero to do so. From the partnership, a new energy offering for the business market will be launched: Avia Energie. With the initiative, Avia Nederland becomes both a provider of charging stations and energy.
Fieten Olie is expanding the number of Pizza Point locations it has in the Netherlands. The fourth location with a hot pizza vending machine developed by the company has opened at Fieten Olie’s unmanned petrol station in Gorredijk. The Hollandscheveld-based company says new locations will be added “soon”.
