WashTec is ushering in a new era in the carwash industry with the introduction of SmartCare Connect and an extensive range of digital services. Linking smart machines with cutting-edge digital solutions opens up new possibilities of use for entrepreneurs and end users alike.
“We had already set the course towards the integration of digitalisation and its (anticipated) effects in the carwash world,” says marketing manager Krishan Ramadhin. “Our aim is to make the carwash a no-brainer for motorists who want their car washed quickly and properly. We see convenience and experience, combined with an attractive price, as the right mix for motorists.”
Ramadhin continues: “In many other sectors, subscription models are already commonplace, think Netflix and Spotify, for example. Even license plate recognition is already taken for granted in the parking world, like at Q-park. We are now bringing all these technologies together in the carwash sector and giving carwash entrepreneurs the tools to shape their success in their own way. We are convinced that our new innovations will ensure that the number of carwashes among entrepreneurs increases, and with it their turnover.”

- MagicCare: A new polish that builds up a protective layer with every wash and optimises the drying process.
- SmartCare Connect: An advanced rollover with improved connectivity and efficiency. Thanks to innovative sensor technology, the size and shape of the vehicle are recognised in real time, so the system washes the car with the highest possible efficiency and speed within each wash programme. Operators can easily and quickly set individual washing programmes, speeds and transitions, ensuring flexibility, high-quality washing results and increased turnover.

Digital solutions
- mywashtec.com: A digital platform for business owners to manage and monitor their wash facility.
- EasyCarWash PRO: An app-based solution that allows entrepreneurs to apply digital marketing to individual washes as well as flexible subscription models. The fast customer registration and extensive marketing tools help attract new customers and retain existing customers over the long term, e.g. via flat rates.
- CarWash Assist: a digital assistant for support and service. When motorists need help, experts are available via remote monitoring, who can view, maintain and operate the facility – They can view, maintain and operate the facility – for significantly higher facility availability, staff relief, a premium customer experience and greater safety for both operator and customer.
