Quarter of BP shareholders vote against chairman over climate concerns

Almost a quarter of oil and gas group BP shareholders voted against the reappointment of chairman Helge Lund. Activist investors called for this in the run-up to the shareholder meeting, angry that the British company has decided to invest significantly more in oil and gas.
