Countdown to Congress Charging Infrastructure Netherlands

It is almost here! On Tuesday 20 May, the Congres Laadinfra Nederland will take place in Arnhem. On this day, policymakers, grid operators, municipalities, providers and mobility professionals will come together to share the latest insights, strategies and innovations regarding charging infrastructure.
The Netherlands plays a leading role in electric mobility. To maintain this position, action is required. The central questions are clear: how do we prevent charging infrastructure from becoming a bottleneck in the energy transition? And how do we stay ahead in innovation, policy and cooperation? The growth of EVs, grid congestion and the need for a smart, scalable charging network call for concrete solutions, made possible by close cooperation between government, experts and industry.
All this and more will be discussed at Congres Laadinfra Nederland on 20 May in Arnhem. Experts, policymakers and market leaders will come together to take concrete steps towards a future-proof charging network. Topics such as grid congestion, smart charging systems, regulations and investments will be discussed. In interactive break-out sessions, dozens of experts will share their views. Visitors will gain new insights, build their network and meet peers in a dynamic setting.
Charging Infra Innovation Award
During the congress, the Laadinfra Innovation Award will also be presented. With this, the organisation aims to highlight products and services that make the charging infrastructure smarter, more efficient and more accessible. The three nominees are GridShield from ElaadNL, the bi-directional AC charger from We Drive Solar and Biogas from Powercrumbs. Fifty per cent of the result will be determined by public votes, fifty per cent by the jury. You can still vote for your favourite candidate until 20 May – the day of the congress.
