BOVAG welcomes petrol station members to Member-visit-member day
For the first time, members of BOVAG Service Stations have also been invited to the annual Members-Visiting-Members Day, which this year takes place on Thursday 19 June. The day will bring the car wash industry together at Vidaa Landgoed & Lago, located on the Rottemeren, and will offer an afternoon-long programme of market insights, practical examples and plenty of networking opportunities.
Until now, the Members-Visiting-Members Day was exclusively for members of BOVAG’s Car Washing and Polishing Division. This year, however, petrol station members are also welcome to join.
The programme includes a presentation on the latest ‘Washing in Figures’ survey. Here, data will be shared on the number of car washes and car washes in the Netherlands and how often the average Dutchman washes his car in 2025. The intention to make car washes more sustainable under the ‘Erkend Duurzaam’ label is also discussed.
Visit to car wash
A visit is also planned to CarwashPlus in The Hague, a new car wash where they use various modern techniques. The programme will conclude with a presentation by reintegration expert Rodney van den Hengel (Heilige Boontjes), who will share his experiences in guiding young people towards work.
