Vattenfall and VER join forces for electric drivers: ‘Making charging more accessible’
Energy supplier Vattenfall and the Electric Drivers’ Association (VER) will work together to make electric driving and charging more accessible. In addition, Vattenfall wants to use VER’s knowledge and experience to further improve charging services and products.
According to both parties, despite the growth of electric driving, there is still much uncertainty about charging rates and the availability of charging points, among other things. With the cooperation, they want to contribute to more insight and ease of use for both public and home chargers.
Vattenfall, active as energy supplier, charging station provider and charging card provider, also sees the cooperation as an opportunity to strengthen its ties with electric drivers. Through surveys, lobbying activities and VER’s member panel, the company wants to gain more insight into the experiences and needs of EV drivers. This knowledge should contribute to the further development of charging solutions.
In turn, VER sees opportunities to share Vattenfall’s knowledge with its members, including through events and other activities.
