Permit for Fastned shop along A2 upheld: objection rejected by EG Retail

The East Brabant District Court dismissed EG Retail’s objection to a shop at the Fastned charging station at Velder service station along the A2 motorway. According to the court, there is no question of a roadside restaurant, as EG Retail argued, allowing the shop.
