Refused permit for wash boxes at petrol station renders lawsuit by local residents meaningless

In a dispute over what is and is not allowed at an Arnhems Shell petrol station, the court has declared an appeal by local residents unfounded. Because the municipality refused the environmental permit for three wash boxes at that petrol station, they have nothing to gain legally from such an appeal.
