A 40-year-old man from Uden has been sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison, with one year suspended, for an armed robbery at a BP petrol station in the North Brabant town of Heesch. The East Brabant court imposed a lower sentence on the man than the public prosecutor had demanded. The prosecution had asked for three years in prison, of which one year was suspended.
