Electric vehicle owners increasingly aware of where and when to charge cheaply

Hoewel er meer inzicht is in laadtarieven dan voorheen, weet 28 procent van de rijders vaak niet wat een laadpaal in de buurt kost.

More and more electric drivers are choosing to charge their cars at times when electricity is cheaper or more sustainable. This reduces the burden on the electricity grid and saves EV drivers costs. This is according to the National Charging Survey 2025 by Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO), ElaadNL and the Vereniging Elektrische Rijders.
