DKV Mobility introduces charging card for electric company cars
DKV Mobility is launching a new charge card specifically tailored to hauliers with electric commercial vehicles. DKV Card +Charge Truck gives drivers access to more than three thousand DKV Mobility accredited charging points in over seventeen European countries.
The DKV Card +Charge Truck card represents an expansion of the current DKV Mobility portfolio and fits into the company’s e-mobility growth strategy. For while the electrification of passenger and business cars has already made considerable strides, road transport is still in its infancy in that regard, even as legal obligations and ambitious CO2 reduction targets increase.
“With the advent of more diverse powertrains, service providers and billing systems, energy management for commercial vehicles is becoming increasingly complicated,” says Sven Mehringer, managing director Energy & Vehicle Services at DKV Mobility. “With the DKV Card +Charge Truck, fleet operators have a clear answer in the form of one and the same card for all drive systems and services billed on one uniform invoice.
