Organic farmer and NGOs drag TotalEnergies to Belgian court in climate case

In Belgium, a lawsuit was launched last week in which, for the first time, a Belgian citizen is suing a large multinational together with three NGOs. They are fighting TotalEnergies for its responsibility for the climate crisis.
