By winning the concession for Europe’s two largest petrol stations in Berchem, Luxembourg, Q8 once again put itself firmly on the map. Mobility Energy knocked on the door of managing director Northwest Europe Frank Rouwens to discuss the energy company’s ambitions, its quest to expand the Tango network and the rollout of new Q8 electric sites.
