Shell also loses on appeal: Fastned allowed to expand charging station

Fastned wilde extra grond huren om zijn laadstation op verzorgingsplaats 'De Lepelaar' aan de snelweg A6 bij Lelystad uit te breiden van twee naar acht laadplekken.

The State acted lawfully by leasing a plot on a service area along the A6 motorway near Lelystad to Fastned without a public selection procedure. This was ruled by the court of appeal after Shell appealed against an earlier ruling by the preliminary relief judge.
