Flemish government provides large CO₂ emitters with 270 million euros climate subsidies

The Flemish government is spending almost 270 million euros in 2025 on energy-intensive companies such as TotalEnergies and ExxonMobil. So reports De Standaard, based on a parliamentary question by Aimen Horch, Flemish MP for Green, to minister-president Matthias Diependaele of the New Flemish Alliance.
