BP transfers mobility arm in the Netherlands to OK owner Catom

De transactie omvat zo’n 300 Nederlandse bp tankstations, 15 EV-laadpleinen en de bijbehorende wagenparkactiviteiten.

BP has reached an agreement to sell its mobility and convenience business, including BP pulse, in the Netherlands to Catom. This sale is part of BP’s previously announced US$20 billion divestment programme and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
