Circle K and Fastned are at odds over who gets to expand at TotalEnergies gas station ‘De Aalscholver’ on the A6 motorway between Lelystad and Almere. Circle K wants a new larger shop at the site and Fastned to build more charging stations at the site. On appeal, the interim relief judge of the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State has now ruled in Fastned’s favour.
