Follow This keeps green proposals off agenda at meetings oil groups

For the first time in nine years, activist investor group Follow This is staying away from oil companies’ shareholder meetings. According to founder Mark van Baal, a pause is needed because investors are concerned about possible political and legal retaliation against climate activism in the United States.
