Following the sale of its petrol stations in the Netherlands, BP is now also selling its Austrian petrol stations

Following its sale in the Netherlands, the British oil and gas group BP is now also selling its mobility, convenience and charging point businesses in Austria. The buyer is the Swiss energy company and fuel supplier Volenergy AG.

Circle K Netherlands submitted the most bids during the 2026 lease rights auction held last Wednesday by the Central Government Property Agency in The Hague. Of the seven motorway service stations up for auction, the company managed to secure one and retain two. However, Circle K also lost one motorway service station.
