‘Shell close to selling 600 petrol stations in South Africa’

Shell is set to sell its petrol stations in South Africa. The buyer is a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (Adnoc), the United Arab Emirates’ largest oil company. The deal is worth around 1 billion dollars, according to sources speaking to the Bloomberg news agency.
