Financial difficulties Resato Hydrogen Technology has applied for a deferral of payment

The Dutch company Resato Hydrogen Technology, which designs and manufactures hydrogen refuelling stations, applied for a moratorium on payments on 21 July. This is evident from a letter to customers obtained by Mobility Energy. According to the Assen-based company, the short-term financing required for the next phase of growth was not secured in time.

Case law Court: Kuwait Petroleum must pay €722,000 in arrears to the landowner of a former petrol station

Kuwait Petroleum Nederland must pay over 722,000 euros to the owner of a former petrol station. According to the Rotterdam District Court, the company underpaid for the use of the land on which the petrol station was situated for many years. The court also ruled that Kuwait had breached a non-competition clause.
